OUR SERVICES
Our Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP)
As part of Dahi Bondad Poshtiban’s preventative and maintenance activities, the following measures are taken:
- During the inspection, all components related to the process or equipment, including the main components and related components, in particular data collected by sensors, are examined. Based on the reference information, component condition, lifespan, and process conditions, a comprehensive report is prepared to detail the present situation. It is also checked if the process or equipment is compliant with the necessary standards as determined by the manufacturer’s information and reference information, and possible risks and problems associated with noncompliance are outlined.
- As a result of the analysis, a comprehensive report is provided as to the amount and type of maintenance required, the service intervals, manpower requirements, repair costs, and suggestions for accessory purchases.
Our Corrective Maintenance Service
Upon request of the client, while assessing the current situation, Dahi Bondad Poshtiban is able to provide solutions for increasing efficiency, upgrading equipment/processes, etc., that are appropriate to the goal of the process.
Our Overhaul Service
Specialists at Dahi Bondad Poshtiban can plan periodic/annual overhaul programs and predict all necessary services while preparing a process or equipment for the shutdown. Generally, these repairs are intended to achieve two objectives:
- Because some parts and wear parts are out of reach, difficult to replace, or cannot be replaced in a timely manner during operation, they will be replaced or maintained during overhauls according to their manuals, predicted lifespans, and expertise and knowledge of our technical experts.
- A comprehensive review of all equipment and processes is carried out, and while disassembling the equipment, the items required for replacement and repair are identified and the replacement and repair services are performed for those items, which are then reassembled, and the process/equipment is launched.
